The story and visual effects received critical acclaim
Some audience members felt that the central idea of the film had potential, but did not translate effectively to the screen.A review posted on X said, “Review of #NagaBandham: Trying to show the greatness of Hindu Dharma and the struggles faced by Hindus in the past is a good idea. But many films fail to present it well. Naga Bandham is another example of this. Technically, the film is decent in some parts (about 30%). However, the story doesn’t interest me and I’m not interested.” There are too many fight scenes, the visual effects look weak in several places, and there are very few “wow” moments. Most importantly, the film does not do justice to its title, Naga Bandham. ‘Nagabandham’ opens at Rs 3.25 crore on Day 1
‘Nagabandham: The Secret Treasure’ has also completed its first day at the box office. According to Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 3.25 crore in the net collections of India on its opening day. Revenue came from 3,202 shows across the country and recorded an overall occupancy of 22%.
