The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has announced the HSC Science Supplementary Result 2026. The overall pass percentage stands at 27.36%, with 4,411 students qualified for the Higher Secondary Certificate. Gujarat HSC Science Supplementary Result 2026: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB), Gandhinagar, has announced the results of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Science Stream Supplementary Examination 2026, and the overall pass rate is recorded at 27.36%. The supplementary examination gave students who failed the February-March 2026 board examination another chance to obtain the Higher Secondary Certificate.Board data shows that 18,549 students registered for the examination, out of which 16,120 students registered. Of these, 4,411 candidates managed to get the HSC certificate.

Group A outperforms Group B

Among the three groups of the Science stream, Group A registered the strongest performance with a percentage of 32.29%, well ahead of Group B, which registered 25.85%. The AB group reported the lowest success rate of 14.29%, although the number of candidates in this group was very low.

Girls beat boys on big rivers

A gender analysis shows that girls scored higher than boys in groups A and B. In Group A, girls scored 35.46%, more than boys, who scored 31.39%. Similarly, in Group B, girls scored 28.50%, compared to 22.42% for boys.The AB group had the lowest score, with two boys doing well while none of the girls and one of the four girls in the group cleared the test.
