WBJEE 2026 Guidance: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the full counseling schedule for WBJEE 2026 admissions to undergraduate programs in Engineering, Technology and Architecture. Eligible candidates can apply for counseling from June 30, the first phase of registration, payment of fee, and selection process will be open till July 5.This guide will facilitate admission to government, government aided and self funded (private) institutions in West Bengal. Candidates will be asked to complete the registration, pay the counseling fee and submit their preferred choices within the time frame they have to be considered for allotment of seats.
Registration, the selection process begins
According to the plan released by the organization, the counseling center will be open from June 30 to July 5, 2026, for the registration of candidates, payment of fees and filling of the election. At the same time, applicants will also be allowed to change and close their options before the deadline.The first row of seat allotment results will be announced on July 7, 2026.Candidates who have been assigned seats in the first row will have to pay the seat acceptance fee and submit reports to the organizations they were assigned for verification and approval between July 7 and July 11, 2026, if they do not choose to upgrade or receive their first organization.
Second round advice
The agency will also open the counseling website for the second round of registration and fresh selection from July 13 to July 17, 2026.Second seat allotment results will be announced on July 21, 2026.Newly elected candidates must complete the acceptance of seats, report to the organizations assigned to be confirmed and approved, or use the withdrawal method, between July 21 and July 23, 2026.
The third round offers another opportunity
Candidates who are not allotted or want to participate will get another chance in the third round of counselling.The new registration and selection process for the third phase will be conducted from July 24 to July 26, 2026. The results of the third phase seat allocation will be published on July 28, 2026.Candidates who have received new allocations at the end of the term must pay the fee for receiving the seat and verify the documents and be accepted in the schools assigned between July 28 and July 30, 2026.
