Tamil crime comedy drama ‘Con City’ has received positive response after its June 26 release. The film starring Arjun Das and Anna Ben, after a decent opening weekend, saw low numbers on Monday.According to Sacnilk, ‘Con City’ earned over Rs 48 lakh from 944 shows on Day 4 (Monday). On its opening day, the film earned Rs 75 lakh. Later, it added Rs 1.20 crore on the second day. With the positive word of mouth, the numbers further increased to Rs 1.30 crore on Sunday.
Occupation of ‘Con City’
On Monday, ‘Con City’ had an overall occupancy of 11.52%. During the morning shows, occupancy was 9.50%. It gradually increased, with afternoon shows recording 10.36%, evening shows at 10.29% and night shows concluding the day with a strong 12.29%.Directed by Harish Durairaj, the film also features Yogi Babu and veteran actor Vadivukkarasi in key roles. Child actor Akhilan also features.
