The UPTET Admit Card 2026 is available online as the July teacher eligibility exam is approaching

UPTET Admit Card 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has released the UPTET Admit Card 2026 on June 30, 2026, for the candidates appearing in the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test. Hall tickets are available through the official credit card portal and Commission website. Candidates can download the document using their registration number or mobile number along with the application.The examination will be held between July 2 and July 4 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 at multiple locations. Candidates who have applied for both papers should download separate admit cards for each exam. After downloading the hall ticket, the candidates are advised to verify all the details printed, including their name, date of writing, time of reference and the allotted reading space.Exam schedule and schedulePaper 2 for Classes 6 to 8 will be conducted on July 2 in two shifts from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. The same paper will be held in the morning on July 3. Paper 1 for Lessons 1 to 5 will be held on July 3 in the afternoon and July 4 in the morning. The reporting time is one hour before each shift.The test will be conducted offline using OMR sheets. Each paper will have 150 multiple choice questions carrying 150 marks, with a time limit of 150 minutes. There will be no negative marking.Steps to download admit cardCandidates must go to the official website of UPESSC and select the UPTET Admit Card link. They have to select the UPTET 2026 exam, enter their registration number or phone number, name or father’s name, date of birth and security number before submitting the details. An authorization card will appear on the screen and should be copied and printed for future use.Tips and tricksCandidates should carry a printed copy of valid credit card along with valid photo proof like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport or Driving Licence. A blue or black passport size photograph may also be required. Cell phones, smart watches, calculators, Bluetooth devices and study materials are not allowed inside the study area.This exam determines eligibility for higher education in primary and secondary schools in Uttar Pradesh. Successful achievers will receive a lifetime certificate of merit. Minimum marks are 90 for General category and 82 for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, Ex-Servicemen, Freedom Fighter Dependents and PwD candidates. UPESSC may use regular mode if the exam is conducted in multiple shifts or days.
