Central Bank of India Recruitment 2026: Registration ends today for 4,500 jobs; see how to use it
Reserve Bank of India will close the online registration process for 4,500 Apprentice posts today, June 28, 2026. Candidates who have not applied are advised to complete their application before the last date through the online application.Earlier, the last date for registration was June 22, 2026. However, the bank has extended the last date for the applications to June 28, giving eligible candidates more time to register.The recruitment is being done under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the financial year 2026-27. Student jobs have been advertised in several states and Union Territories.

A total of 4,500 Apprenticeship positions will be filled through the recruitment process.Countries with the highest number of jobs are:
- Maharashtra – 586 posts
- Uttar Pradesh – 580 posts
- Madhya Pradesh – 459 posts
- Bihar – 433 records
- West Bengal – 315 posts
- Gujarat – 305 entries

Here are the detailed eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have a first degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Applicants who have already completed professional training in any institution or are currently undergoing professional training are not eligible to apply.
- The bank has also said that people who have one year or more of work experience or education after obtaining an educational qualification will not be eligible for training.
- The age of the applicants will be calculated from May 31, 2026. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories can check the detailed information for more information on age relaxation.

Selection includes the following steps:

The online test will consist of 100 multiple choice questions carrying 100 marks. Candidates will be given 60 minutes to complete the test, and there will be no wrong marking.The question paper will answer:

The online exam is expected to be conducted in the first week of July 2026.
