Central Bank of India will close the online registration process for 4,500 Apprentice posts tomorrow, June 28, 2026. Interested and eligible candidates who have not applied before should complete their applications before the last date through the online application.Previously, the deadline for registration was June 22, 2026. However, the bank has extended the deadline to June 28, giving applicants more time to submit their applications.The recruitment process is going on to serve under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the financial year 2026-27. Jobs have been advertised in various states and Union territories.

A total of 4,500 Apprenticeship positions will be filled through the recruitment process.Some countries with more jobs include:
- Maharashtra – 586 posts
- Uttar Pradesh – 580 posts
- Madhya Pradesh – 459 posts
- Bihar – 433 records
- West Bengal – 315 posts
- Gujarat – 305 entries

Educational qualification
- Candidates must have a first degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Applicants who have already completed professional training in any institution or are currently undergoing professional training are not eligible to apply.
- The bank has also explained that people who have one year or more of work experience or education after obtaining the required educational qualifications will not be considered eligible for training.
Age limit
- Eligibility age will be calculated from May 31, 2026. Candidates are advised to check the detailed information about age relaxation of the group.

The online test will have 100 questions carrying 100 marks and will be conducted for 60 minutes. There will be no negative marking.This paper will contain questions from:

The online examination is expected to be held in the first week of July 2026.
Scholarship
Candidates will receive a stipend of Rs 15,000 per month during the study period.The training will be for 12 months. No additional salary or employee benefits will be provided during the training.
