KEA releases KSP Civil Police Constable hall ticket 2026 for 3,991 exams

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the hall ticket for the Karnataka State Police (KSP) Civil Police Constable Written Competitive Examination 2026. Candidates who have successfully applied for the recruitment can download their admit cards from the KEA official website.The written exam is scheduled to be held in Karnataka on August 2, 2026, for filling 3,991 Civil Police Constable posts. Candidates who have cleared the Kannada Language entrance exam held on July 19, 2026, are eligible to apply for the written exam.How to download hall ticketCandidates can get KEA KSP Civil Police Constable hall ticket by visiting the official website. To download the admit card, applicants need to select Civil Police Constable – RPC 2026 test mode and enter their application number or registration ID.Candidates must also provide the first four letters of their name exactly as written in the application form, enter the security captcha and provide the details. The hall ticket will appear on the screen after successful verification. The aspirants should download and print clearly the admit card of the exam date.Exam schedule and job detailsThe written test will be conducted in two parts based on the card categories. Applicants applying for Residual Parent Cadre, which includes General/Mikkilida posts, will appear in the morning session from 10:30 AM to 12:00 Noon. Kalyana Karnataka Cadre under Article 371-J will conduct the exam from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.Out of total 3,991 posts, 3,395 posts are available under Residual Parent Cadre, while 596 posts are reserved under Kalyana Karnataka Cadre.An example of the exam is the selected sectionsThe written test will be conducted offline using OMR answers. The paper will carry 100 marks, and candidates will get 90 minutes to complete the exam. An error scoring system will be used, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.Selection involves a written test followed by Physical Standard Test (PST) and Endurance Test (ET) for those selected based on the written test. KEA will shortlist the candidates for the physical exam in the ratio of 1:2.Employment time and physical requirementsThe official recruitment notification was released on June 5, 2026, and the online application process began on June 8. The application deadline was extended to July 8, followed by an application processing window from July 10 to July 13. The Mandatory Kannada Language Test hall ticket was issued on July 17, and the test was conducted on July 19.A total of 3,90,715 people have registered for the recruitment drive, resulting in a competition of about 98 candidates for each job.Candidates who appear for the physical test after clearing the written test must fulfill the requirements. Male and female candidates who have worked before need a height of 168 cm and a chest of 86 cm and a height of 5 cm. The female and third candidates need to be 157 cm tall and weigh 45 kg. Candidates from the tribal areas of the forest regions of Karnataka have different requirements, which include a height of 155 cm for men and 150 cm for women.
