The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the RRB Group D exam slip 2025 for candidates appearing in the Computer-Based Test (CBT). Candidates can now download their exam city details by visiting the official website of their RRB and login with their registration certificates.Recruitment is underway to fill 22,195 Group D posts across Indian Railways. The CBT is scheduled to be held from August 3 to August 21, 2026. The exam city notification slip helps candidates know their exam city and other exam-related details before the release of the admit card, which will be issued four days before the writing date.

Candidates can follow these steps to get city intimation slip:1. Go to the official website of the regional RRB.2. Click on the link of RRB Group D Exam City Intimation Slip 2026.3. Enter registration number and password or date of birth.4. Complete the captcha verification and login.5. Check the details of the test city displayed on the screen.6. Copy and save the slip for future reference.Exam city slip includes the candidate’s name, registration number, roll number, date of exam, exam schedule, reporting date, exam city, RRB area concerned and travel authority details for SC and ST candidates. Candidates should contact the concerned RRB if they notice any discrepancy in the information provided.Test instructions are a selection processCandidates must carry a printed copy of valid credit card along with original photograph on the day of examination. They should confirm all the details mentioned on the credit card and exam city slip and reach the exam venue 15 minutes before the writing time.Use of mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, headphones, electronic devices and study materials inside the examination hall is prohibited. Biometric verification will also be done during the test.Selection will be based on one-stage CBT, followed by Physical Efficiency Test (PET), document verification and medical examination.An example of CBT is a job descriptionCBT will be conducted for 90 minutes and will consist of 100 questions. This paper will include 25 questions each from General Science and Mathematics, 30 questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning, and 20 questions from General Awareness and Current Affairs. One-third of a mark will be deducted for each wrong answer, and normalization will be applied to CBT scores.Out of 22,195 jobs, 11,032 are for Track Maintainer Grade-IV, 5,053 for Pointsman-B and 1,509 for Assistant Signal and Telecom. Candidates up to three times the total number of jobs will be selected for Physical Performance Test.
