Before entering the horror space, he will be seen in director Tinu Desai’s ‘Sanki’.As claimed by Mid-Day, reports suggest that the actor was eager to take on a project that offered a new challenge. “Ahan’s next move is to experiment with different genres. After starting his career with ‘Tadap’, he wants to avoid repeating himself and is consciously choosing films that allow him to explore new characters and worlds. ‘1920 Cold Winter’ will mark his first horror film,” revealed a source.Although the casting of Ahan is locked, the team is still looking for the female lead. Reports suggest that the makers are interested in casting an established actress instead of introducing a newcomer. If the project stays on schedule, Vikram Bhatt is expected to start shooting around November.Preparations for the film are expected to begin soon, with Vikram Bhatt and Anand Pandit reportedly planning a renowned location in Scotland. Apart from international locations, major parts of the horror drama are also expected to be shot in Shimla, adding to the eerie atmosphere of the story.
