According to the organization, this communication is a regular internal consultation that is shared with students, teachers and staff at the beginning of each academic session and is based on the previously notified rules of the school. The Institute provides detailsIn a statement issued by the IIT Roorkee Media Cell, the institute said the communication in question is part of its policy and should not be seen as introducing new policy.The statement said, “The communication referred to is an internal consultation that is circulated among students, teachers, and staff at the beginning of each academic session. The same consultation is given every year in accordance with the rules of the Institute that have been notified and do not create new guidelines or policies.
